Because of the custom nature of our products, all sales are final — we do not offer refunds or exchanges. However, if you receive an item that is damaged upon arrival, please contact us within 10 days of receiving your order. To help us resolve the issue quickly, please provide clear photos showing the damage. Once verified, we will gladly replace the damaged item at no additional cost.
